OVERVIEW
Valves of all types are to be tested at regular intervals for their efficiency. They are also tested before installation and commissioning on-site. Mecstra’s valve facility is capable of testing and certifying all types of valves from ¼ inch to 64 inch. We follow all major international standards including National Board Of boilers And Pressure Vessels, ASME, API and ANSI. The test benches used at Mecstra are custom built to include all the technological up-gradation and the engineers are trained and certified so that our mission is met. Mecstra tests and certifies valves in the UAE and the MENA region, slowly expanding our geographical reach.

Mecstra believes in being completely open and an audit or visit to our premises are most welcomed at all times.
The test medium depends on your requirement and the use of the valve. The test can be conducted at Mecstra in air or water.
At Mecstra, we believe in training employees to maximum possible limit. They are trained at planned training schedules on appropriate topics and free educational materials are provided to all employees.
The valve test certificates are valid for a period of one year (when all conditions are normal).
