Verify field location with the drawing.
Ensure the proper installation of tubings and fittings.
Check polarity and color of wiring with the drawing.
Verify DCS/PLC configuration with specification sheet.
Check if the handle-wheel functions well.
Data sheet of the valves to be checked.
Test the positioner and the wirings were required.
Make sure the actuators are properly connected.
Ensure that the packing gland is tightened appropriately.
Verify covers, screws and fittings.
