No, there will be no additional charges for adjustments, charges might apply only in the case if parts are replaced.
The duration of the calibration certificate will be for one year from the date of calibration (in all normal conditions).
Mecstra follows a procedure in which your calibration records will be securely retained in our database and if you do happen to loose them, we could always provide one for your.
MECSTRA follows an open information policy and hence yes, you could request for Mecstra’s quality manual or calibration procedures if you need so by emailing us on quality@mecstra.com
Mecstra’s temperature calibration is traceable to the appropriate international bodies in accordance to the master used. Our traceability extends to NIST and UKAS.
