Calibration of instruments are carried out in our in-house laboratory and on-site at our customers premises. This gives our customer the capability to choose their convenience that would help them optimize their process. Mecstra believes in being completely open and an audit or visit to our laboratory and premises are most welcomed at all times.
All calibration that is conducted by MECSTRA are traceable to related international bodies and the same is clearly mentioned on the calibration certificate.
Mecstra follows a procedure in which your calibration records will be securely retained in our database and if you do happen to loose them, we could always provide one for you.
Instruments ideally need to be calibrated every year and all certificates issued by Mecstra is for a period of one year (unless there is a difference in the normal conditions).
The lead time depends on the instrument, uncertainty range chosen and the work schedules. But with the technological and technical drive the lead time would be better than the competition in the region.
